A Night to Remember at The Seated Supper Club

Tonight, I had the absolute honor of hosting The Seated Supper Club for an intimate, coursed dinner, guiding 18 extraordinary women through a three-course experience designed to foster impeccable connections and lasting memories.

The evening’s wine selection was curated with intention, featuring Font-Mars Picpoul, Pour Me Gueule Chilean Pinot Noir, Fattoria Le Pupille Morellino di Scansano, Milou Chardonnay, and Lambrusco di Sorbara—each bottle telling its own story, complementing the incredible menu crafted by The Intelligent Gourmet.

The energy in the room was moody yet magnetic—dim lighting casting a soft glow over the table, laughter spilling into every corner, glasses clinking in celebration. The playlist wove itself into the atmosphere, each song amplifying the rhythm of conversation and joy. Plates sizzled, whispers of flavor and texture filled the air, and every shared glance, every story told, became part of the night’s symphony.

And in the background, the tapping of a typewriter—capturing the essence of the evening, encapsulating these moments in time.

🌿 Seasonal Mixed Greens Salad – Baby arugula, leafy greens, and radicchio, balanced with candied pecans, thinly sliced pears, roasted sweet potatoes, and cranberry chèvre, finished with a maple-balsamic vinaigrette.

🍗 Pan-Seared Chicken Breast with Oil-Cured Tomato Cream Sauce – Served over orzo pasta, with garlicky spinach & wilted kale, a dish rich in warmth and depth.

🐟 Herb-Crusted Salmon with Bright Lemon Risotto – Tender, pan-seared salmon marinated in a zesty lemon and herb blend, paired with creamy lemon risotto and garlic-sautéed broccolini, finished with a velvety lemon beurre blanc.

🍫 Chocolate Ganache Tart with Sea Salt & Fresh Berries – A decadent ending with a buttery chocolate crust, silky dark chocolate ganache, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, garnished with fresh seasonal berries.
